Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup roasted sweet potatoes, cubed

Ingredients:

Instructions:

Place popsicle sticks inside the molds

Seven Layer Taco Dip Burger



The Seven Layer Taco Dip Burger is a tasty and filling meal that combines the tastes of a classic taco dip with a juicy burger.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 4 hamburger buns

Instructions:

Cook the ground beef in a pan over medium-low heat until it turns brown

Get rid of extra fat

Follow the directions on the packet to add the taco seasoning and water

Keep cooking until the mixture gets thick

After cooking the beans, put some on the bottom half of each hamburger bun

Add some cooked, seasoned beef on top

Put guacamole on top of the beef

Put some salsa on top of the guacamole food

On top of the salsa, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese

Put sour cream on top of the cheese

Add chopped green onions and sliced black olives on top

Cover each burger with the top half of the bun

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder

Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones, mixing only until everything is well combined

The chocolate chips and caramel bits should be carefully mixed in

The baking sheet should be ready

Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto it

After the oven is hot, bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the middle is still a little soft

After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 zucchini, diced
  • 1 cup green beans, chopped
  • 1 can 14
  • 5 oz diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups chopped spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions:

Set vegetable broth on medium heat in a large pot

Peel and slice the carrots and celery, then dice the bell pepper and zucchini

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs crab legs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
