Maca Chocolate Vegan Ice Cream



Indulge guilt-free with this luscious vegan ice cream made from avocados, coconut milk, and rich cocoa powder, enhanced with the earthy sweetness of maca powder. It's a gluten-free delight that's both creamy and satisfying.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons maca powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

Take the pits out of the avocados

Put cocoa powder, maple syrup, maca powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a blender

Add the avocados and blend until smooth

Mix until it's creamy and smooth

Put the mixture in a container and freeze it for at least four hours, or until it gets hard

Put the ice cream in bowls and serve after it has frozen
