Juicy Turkey Burger BLT



Enjoy the delicious flavors of a classic BLT sandwich with a twist! This juicy turkey burger BLT is loaded with lean protein and fresh ingredients, making it a healthy and satisfying meal option.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 whole wheat hamburger buns
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 8 slices tomato
  • 8 slices cooked turkey bacon
  • 4 tablespoons avocado mayo

Instructions:

Put breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, salt, and black pepper in a bowl with ground turkey

Combine well

Make 4 equal portions of the mixture and shape them into patties

Set a grill or a pan on medium heat

The patties should be cooked for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until they are done

Cook the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster until they are crisp

Put a tablespoon of avocado mayo on each half of the bun

On the bottom half of each bun, put a cooked turkey patty

Add two slices of tomato, two slices of turkey bacon, and a lettuce leaf to the top of each patty

Place the top half of the bun on top and serve
