Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- teaspoon sea salt
- teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 egg
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- ? cup honey
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- teaspoon nutmeg
- teaspoon ginger
- ? teaspoon cloves
- ? teaspoon sea salt
- 2 large eggs
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F 175C
In a large bowl, combine almond flour, salt, and baking soda
In a small bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, honey, and egg
Stir wet ingredients into dry
Press dough into a 9-inch pie dish
In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, honey, spices, and salt
Whisk in eggs
